Duane Brown one of our shareholders and team member retired as of December 2022.

Duane joined the family business and started his career here after completing service in the US Coast Guard. In forty plus years, Duane moved from Production, to Tooling and Service of Molds, completing his master toolmaker certification and managing our tool shop. Duane completed numerous projects including those for Hewlett Packard and Everett Charles and so many others. He moved on to Sales and Business Development, helping clients with his gift of in-depth knowledge, experience, communication and enthusiasm. Finishing his long career at Microdyne as Vice President, Duane was a great asset to the company.

He will be greatly missed; however we’re assured he’ll be just a phone call away.

Best wishes to you, Duane, and may your bucket list be filled with future memories with your family and friends.
