Job Title: Blow Mold Machine Packer
Summary: Package finished ware.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Differentiate between good and bad ware.
- Communicate with technician any problems with machine or ware.
- Ensure good ware is packaged properly.
- General housekeeping.
Helping our facility continually improve by doing the following.
- Faster, (less time to complete a task or process)
- Better, (higher quality, less rework and scrap)
- Simpler (fewer steps in a process
- Safer (eliminate physical or risks to the employees and monetary risks to the company)
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to speak effectively between groups of employees.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume and distance.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
